Is it possibly to have LASIK eye surgery if you have had cataract surgery?
I am close to-sighted, and have a tiny astigmatism. However I am sick of contact with glasses and touch lenses.

My dad had LASIK done over 5 years ago had caused a really bad astigmatism and that really helped.
Apart from the 9th would have made cataract surgery in both eyes during the last year. I am sure LASIK is getting loads better than that have happened, do not worry. I do not know whether cataract surgery is before any result, but to see a LASIK surgeon and see what they say.

Cornea based surgery like Lasik, PRK, LASEK, or Epi-Lasik may be used to treat astigmatism after cataract surgery.
Your doctor will be able to inform you about the details. More at http://golasik. Blogspot.com

Lasik eye surgery is very safe today. My cousin got dental implants and surgery in India by an Indian company called Health Guru Consultants. Price for dental and Lasik surgery is very less in India. Paid 25% of the price was quoted in America. Indian Health Guru Consultants is very famous in India facilitate dental surgery, jaw surgery, eye surgery Lasik, Dental Implants etc for foreign patients in India. I read about them in newspapers and magazines-about their patient stories. Where to arrange financing for USA, Canada, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low cost dental and eye surgery are not covered by insurance.
They also have photos pasted of their International patients.
You can Checkout their website.
There are huge cost savings.
As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be handled easily in India as the quality of health care available in India is simply best in the world.
The surgeons are US/auK trained and facilities are 5 star.
