I was said LASIK might correct my far sight?

however I would yet have to wear reading glasses, I went to TLC. Would you take another recommendation? I don’t need to wear reading glasses right away, I understand that finally you do.

Laser not back the ability to close the eyes if you are over 40.

If both eyes lasered for distance vision then yes you will have to wear reading glasses.

You could talk to TLC, although the possibility of a monovision correction. This is where one eye is lasered on distance and the other is for the lasered area. I am 51 and have done. I am free of glasses for the great majority of the vision tasks. Not everyone is able to adapt to this but if you adapt will love.

Are you interested in doing the mono-vision, I would highly recommend you try it for a few weeks to contact to see if you can change, because it is too late afterwards.

I am 49 and have not done so. For me to be able to see distances without glasses is not worthwhile for me to whip out reading glasses every time I see something or want something to read in great detail. I have some reading glasses and I hate them. I really would not want to depend on them.

All they do is increase your way.

Some people are fine with it but it really bothers me.
