Can Lasik ( or, “Laser”) eye surgery occasion blindness?

www.Surgerysurgeons.com Here’s an remarkable and interesting question that I would like to answer, “can Lasik eye surgery occasion blindness? My researches revealed that Laser surgery does not occasion blindness. From the study I have done on the Internet, at the extreme, eye blindness might occur in patients who have weak corneas.

It is stated that simply 10% of Americans have weak corneas. I did see a latest video on Youtube where a Lasik craftsman said that there’s no mode that the factual Laser can occasion blindness.

Here’s a little good news, accordingly to the FDA, there have been no cases of blindness reported due to LASIK surgery.

There have been a little incidences where weak screening by surgeons conducted to unsuccessful results for patients though.

As i’ve searched on the Internet, i’ve yet to find a instance where blindness has been reported, direct related to someones Lasik eye surgery. One website I visited put it this way, Fact: No cases of blindness as a effect of LASIK have ever been reported in the United States. LASIK eye complications are rare; the danger of movement blind from LASIK is really comparable to the danger of blindness from glasses or contacts! I hope that this info proves to be useful in answering your problem about Lasik eye surgery. I was cheerful to descover that there have been no reported cases of Laser eye surgery causing any to go blind. Www.Surgerysurgeons.com http

wow take your statistics somewhere else.

There’s people suffering with intense dry eye, intense starbursts and halos, no vision at night, etc. . . I really don’t give a damn if it causes complete blindness or not.

Lasik has ruined many more lives than other elective procedures. That’s all that should matter.

Be concerned about your safety and avoid the complications by being prepared. Check out safelasikguide [dot] com and read the whole site before you make a decision.

Campus Times 10/24/08 Prof. Lisings wife blinded by botched LASIK; Lawyers and Settlement 9/9/2008: “His most recent win is an eye popping $2. 1 M settlement recovered for a 47-year old man rendered legally blind because of a Lasik eye surgery procedure. “; (Velou SM et al 2002) “. . .

LASIK was the worst decision of my life, it felt like a thousand needles sticking my eyes. They market it like it’s painless but it’s not. The suction ring felt like it pulled my eyes out of their socket. LASIK promotes permanent conditions with no cure:

-Dry Eye Syndrome
-Double Vision
-Night Halos/Starbursts
-Depression
-Loss of Visual Acuity
-Accelerated Aging of the Eye
-Lack of Natural Tear Production
-Each Year Post LASIK Vision Gets Progressively Worse
-Cell Tissue Mutation
