Iritis
The iritis - the shape of a previous uveitis also is converted to an inflammation of an iris of an eye.
Signs and symptoms
- Ocular and pain periorbital
- Photophobia
- The erased or turbid vision
- Leucocytes (leucocytes) in the forward cabinet of an eye (coming to an end gray or nearly so a white appearing pupil)
- Rush of blood to the person
- Synechia or iris soldering to a lens or a cornea
The parents
People with an ankylosing spondylitis and another HLA-B27 concerned, disturbances are inclined to an iritis and other shapes of a previous uveitis. The iritis also is in those with a pseudorheumatism, Illness Behcheta, Illness the Crone, a lupus, illness Rejtera, a chronic psoriasis, a sarcoidosis, a scleroderma, and a nonspecific ulcerative colitis. The iritis is usually secondary to some other system Condition, but can be a unique obvious somatic symptom.
Complications
Cataract, glaucoma, corneal calcification, back uveitis, blindness
Treatment
- Steroid anti-inflamatory eye drops (such as Prednisolonum acetate)
- Expansion of eye drops (to help to prevent a synechia and to reduce a photophobia)
- Eye drops reducing pressure (such as Sodium tartratum brimonidine)
- Oral steroids (such as Prednisonum)

- Agents sparing a steroid, such as Methotrexatum (for prologned, a chronic iritis)
