Esotropia
Esotropia - the squint shape where one or both from eyes became interior (often incorrectly termed "a lazy eye"). The most blanket type of an esotropia meets approximately in one - two percent of the population. Treatment selects include points with prism lenses, an orthoptics, and-or eye surgery of a muscle. While eye exercises are often useful to a labile exotropia, they are less useful to an esotropia as any divergence is difficult to be enlarged.
Convenient esotropia
The convenient esotropia contacts activation of a reflex of adaptability. With it accordingly concern hyperopic points to reduce convenient convergence.
"Partially convenient esotropia" in general is treated by points just as eye surgery of a muscle.
Congenital esotropia
The congenital esotropia, or infantile esotropia, is a variation which meets very much early in a life in general developing within first three months after a life of the baby. Children with a congenital esotropia are usually intercrossed, fix, meaning, that they use any eye to look in an opposite management, and often to show preference at bracing by a dominating eye. The true congenital esotropia is better it is treated by early surgery (age one year). Usually any bound amblyopia is treated to a surgical intervention.
